vaapadia − measures pulmonary artery and ascending aorta diameter.

SYNOPSIS

vaapadia aaseg1=<input1> aaseg2=<input2> paseg=<input3>

DESCRIPTION

vaapadia first measures pulmonary artery diameter in a stable region: it finds the ring of triangles (from surface detection) with the minimum diameter. Then it measures the average diameter of the 5 rings starting from the minimum ring. The ascending aorta diameter is measured at the same level with the pulmonary artery. Similarly the average diameter of 5 rings is measured.

Input aaseg1= aaseg2= and paseg= should be output from vamea (surface detection).
