vavec − combines the ascending aorta centerpoints

SYNOPSIS

vavec if=<inputvec1> ig=<inputvec2> of=<outvec>

DESCRIPTION

vavec vavec takes in both the original ascending aorta centerpoints from tracking and determines where the ascending aorta projection starts. Then it appends the centerpoints obtained from projection to the original ascending centerpoints.

Input if= is the original ascending aorta tracking centerpoints. Input ig= is the centerpoints obtained from projection. Output of= is a vector with the combined centerpoints.

OPTIONS

	if=		input vector (tracking)
	ig=		input vector (projection)
	of=		output combined vector
