vbrden − : compute breast density
SYNOPSISvbrden if= ax= res= [of=] [-v] [-d]
DESCRIPTIONvbrden first identifies breast regions within 14 mm to the the glandular tissue. It then performs 3D connected component labeling of these identified region, and considers the largest 3D component as the final region of interest(ROI). The volume of the ROI and the glandular tissue within the ROI are measured. The volume ratio of the glandular tissue and the ROI is considered as the density and output in wish format.
