vbrstdg − : perform measurement of breast density and gynecomastia
SYNOPSISvbrstdg if= im= sz= iz= ax= [-v] [-d]
DESCRIPTIONvbrstdg takes the inputs of a CT scan and the organ map including skin, sternum and breast segmentation. It first performs breast density measurement (vbrden). It then performs gynecomastia quantification (vbrgyn).
The left and right breast are considered separately. The breast density (dl, dr) is defined as the volume ratio of glandular tissue and ROI. The gynecomastia quantification (gl, gr) is defined as the volume of glandular tissue in ROI in mm^3. The measurements are output in the wish format.
