vcrend − create visualizations for chest label maps

SYNOPSIS

vcvis [if=] [of=] [-a] i[-s] [-c] [-w] [-v] i[-d]

DESCRIPTION

vcrend is used to create different visualization image sequences using VTK for creating various videos of label maps.

OPTIONS

if=<input file>

specifies a VisionX image input file. eTP 10 of=<output file> specifies a VisionX image output file.

	-a		render all (default)
	-b		render breast
	-h		render heart
	-l		render lung
	-r		render ribs
	-t		render vertebra
	-s		render skin
	-e		render vessel
	-w		render airway
	-v		specifies the verbose mode
	-v		specifies the debug mode
