VDCMFIXVisionX V4 NAME

vdcmfix − Recompute or correct the image packing for a DICOM study

SYNOPSIS

vdcmfix [wd=<dir>] [zt=<dist>] [-a] [-v]

DESCRIPTION

vdcmfix repackages a DICOM image study using the inter-image tolerance specified by the zt= option. This is needed when a CT scanner has imprecise table locations which results in fragmentation of the packaged image series. By default vdcmfix creates a directory called tmp in the study directory and places the repackaged images there for review. If the -a (accept) flag is set then the original images are replaced with the repackaged images and the tmp directory is removed.

OPTIONS

wd=

specifies the working directory for the image study (default is . )

zt=

specifies the inter-image distance tolerance (default is 0.1 mm)

-a

c$specifies that the result is to be accepted and replaces the original

-v
