VDIRMASKVisionX V4 NAME

vdirmask − coronary region segmentation from label map

SYNOPSIS

vdirmask if=<input> vec=<inputvec> xl=<> xh=<> cy=<> yh=<> zl=<> zh=<> xyres=<> of=<output>

DESCRIPTION

vdirmask vdirmask estimates the coronary region. The top and bottom limits are determined by input zl= (30mm below lung top) and zh= (diaphragm). The posterior region is bounded by descending aorta centerpoints (vec= ). The coronary region is also bounded by the ribs convex hull (if= ).

Input if= is the ribs convex hull region. vec= is the descending aorta centerpoints. xl=, xh=, yh=, zl= are obtained based on lung region. Output of= is the mask indicating the estimated coronary region.
