vdstat − masked iamge region standard deviation

SYNOPSIS

vdstat if=<inputimage> ig=<inputmask>

DESCRIPTION

vdstat vdstat computes the standard deviation of voxels in the input image if=. Only voxels in the non-zero region in the mask image ig= are considered.

Input if= is the original image and ig= is the binary mask image.

OPTIONS

	if=		input intensity map
	ig=		input mask
