vhcvt − converts a sagittal map to an axial map.

SYNOPSIS

vhcvt if=<emptymap> ig=<sagmap> of=<outmap>

DESCRIPTION

vhcvt converts a sagittal map (ig) to an axial map (of). It also prints out the lowest point (zmax) of the non-zero label in of. The input ig is in anisotropic space, thus the conversion does not involve resolution information.

CONSTRAINT

Input file if is an empty map (axial). ig is a sagittal map. Output of is the coverted axial map.

OPTIONS

	if=		input empty map
	ig=		input sagittal map
	of=		output axial map
