NAME
vhmea − locate the surface of a cylinder that represents a pulmonary vessel
SYNOPSISvhmea if=<map> estr=<radius> of2=<mesh>
DESCRIPTIONvhmea finds the surface of the pulmonary vessel cylinder. It has the same structure as vairmea. It takes in a sagittal label map mapped to a triangular model and an estimated radius. It also takes the coefficients that represents the centerline. Then based on the centerline, rays are cast towards to the surface with all rays having the same length as the estimated radius, thus forming a cylinder with constant radius.
CONSTRAINTInput file if is a sagittal map image. estr is the estimated radius. Output file of2 is a triangular mesh model that represents the cylinder surface.
