vhrtf − removes bony structures from CAC candidates.

SYNOPSIS

vhrtf if=<calcium> ig=<heart> of=<outfile>

DESCRIPTION

vhrtf vhrtf checks the CAC candidates from the input calcium map (if) to make sure they are at reasonable locations based on the segmented heart. The CAC candidates have to be at least 10mm away from the anterior boundary of the heart. This is to exclude bony regions close to the anterior part of the heart.

CONSTRAINT

Input if is the CAC map. ig is the segmented heart (no dilation) and output of is the new CAC map after elimination of bont structures.

	ig=		input heart map
	of=		output CAC map
