DESCRIPTION

visize estimates the resampled nodule candidate center point.

OPTIONS

	if=		Isolated nodule candidate gray level subimage (short image type)
	ig=		Isolated nodule candidate region lung parenchyma mask (byte image)
	c=		a 3D coordinate of isolated nodule candidate

xz= (xyres,zres)

in-plane and axial resolution of the nodule candidate subimage

[r=]

nodule candidate radius estimate (in pixel units) in hypothesis generation stage

[rth=]

nodule candidate radius estimate difference threshold

	[th=]		intensity threshold for iterative size and center point estimation (default technique)
	[mr=]		search region radius (in pixel units) for nodule center point estimation
	[-d]		save all temporary files
	[-v]		selects the verbose mode to print information about intermediate results
	[-w]		very verbose option (outputs all commands with their options)
