vssfilt − sub-solid nodule filter

SYNOPSIS

vssfilt [nod=] [of=] [s=] [c=] [-n] [-v] [-df]

DESCRIPTION

vssfilt is a simple sub-solid nodule filter. given the solid-nodule analysis, vssfilt will extract the sub-solid nodule.

OPTIONS

	nod=		the nodule number
	of=		output file -- subsolid region
	s=		iterative morhpological filter size
	c=		apply to the object at voxel c, otherwise use the largest object
	-n		select closest component to seed point in vbfilt (default component touching seed point, seed point might be a 0 pixel)
	-v		verbose
	-df		retain intermediate files for debugging.
