vvectrku − post-processes the ascending aorta centerpoints.

SYNOPSIS

vvectrku if=<vector> of=<outfile> cx=<> cy=<> cz=<> xyres=<> zres=<>

DESCRIPTION

vvectrku vvectrku post-processes the ascending aorta centerpoints (output from vatrk). The centerpoints are terminated if they are going 1) upwards (towards image top); or 2) left towards the vena cava region; or 3) right towards pulmonary artery region. If the post-processed vector contains very few points (<=10), the output is the original vector, otherwise the processed (shortened) vector is output.

Input if= is a VisionX generic float vector (output from vatrk) containing ascending tracking centerpoints. Output file is also a generic float vector with processed ascending center points. cx,cy,cz are carina (x,y,z) coordinates (vcarina). xyres and zres are the x,y,z resolution of the original CT image.
